About Radwa
Storyteller - Podcast Host - Community Builder

Radwa Moussa-Youssef is an Egyptian-American storyteller, podcast host, and community builder whose work centers on transformation, resilience, identity, and human growth.

A mother of three and a passionate advocate for human connection and personal growth, Radwa has spent more than a decade building businesses, communities, and meaningful connections across cultures. Her passion for creating impact led her to co-found Create a Smile, a Southern California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children battling cancer and their families.

Her debut book, Zein: When Nothing Is Sure – Everything Is Possible, challenged cancer stigma and became a Middle East bestseller, resonating with thousands of families through its message of hope, courage, and possibility.

In 2024, Radwa launched Men Awel El Satr, a podcast featuring emotionally intelligent conversations with changemakers, leaders, creatives, and everyday people navigating life’s defining moments. Through honest storytelling, she explores the experiences that shape who we become from reinvention and resilience to purpose, identity, and new beginnings.

As a speaker, conversation curator, and community advocate, Radwa is passionate about creating spaces where meaningful dialogue can inspire growth, understanding, and transformation. Whether on stage, behind a microphone, or through her writing, she is driven by one belief: our stories have the power to connect us, change us, and help us begin again.
